Your booking will be guaranteed at the time of the required deposit payment is made.Your personal details will be keep in a secure and confidential data base. Bilbaoflat promises to keep all the given details in secret.

If you want to make any change o cancel your booking, you will have to do it with the required time in advanced, otherwise you will be charged in the following way:

CANCELATION WITH AT LEAST 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE:
Bank’s transfer charges: 5,00 €

CANCELATION BEFORE 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE:
Deposit of 50,00 €

CANCELATION IN THE LAST 15 DAYS:
Deposit of 50,00 € and the 30% of the booking


Please, remember that all the persons (included children) who are going to lodge in the apartment will have to bring their personal identity document. This documentation should be required at the check in. Babies are considered children under 2 years old, and children from 2 to 12 years old.

Bilbaoflat doesn’t taken the responsibility neither guarantee if the access to this web is suspended or if is free of error. Bilbaoflat will not be the responsible of any type of loss neither damages which come up through the web access.
